First Application

Interested in working as a Full-Summer Counselor? Complete the first part of the staff application to get the process started. After that, the Greystone team will review your information and be in touch to set up your first interview.

Stage 2

1 Hour Google Meet Interview

Set up a time to talk to Cat to share more about yourself and learn about what working at Greystone is all about. We want to make sure that you are a good fit for Greystone and that Greystone is a good fit for you!

Stage 3

Complete Final Application

If both parties feel like the job is a good fit after the initial interview, you will be invited to finish your application in our CampMinder system. We will ask you for a few more details about yourself and gather reference information at this time.

Stage 4

15 Minute Program Interview

Once our team has reviewed your completed application, Ellen-Anne will reach out to schedule a quick, final interview to discuss the activity you might teach and your final contract details. This is a great time to ask any last questions you have about the job!

Stage 5

Extend Contract

If we feel like it's a good fit after your final interview, our team will extend you a job offer and a contract! You will have a set amount of time to review the details of your contract and sign it digitally. Once you've signed your contract, you are officially "in" for the summer and the countdown can begin!
